Who handles your information

Enquiries are handled by FOI’s China distributor, 深圳萨提亚贸易有限公司. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect and why

We store your optional name, phone or email, enquiry type, product, message (including business name, region, partnership type and product interests from the partnership form) and submission time to respond and track progress. This form does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Storage and access

Information is stored in this website’s hosting database and is visible to authorised administrators. Staff can delete completed enquiries; records older than 180 days are automatically removed when the admin enquiry list is opened. Recovery backups are not used for routine contact.

Correction and deletion

To correct or delete an enquiry, email us with the contact details used and an approximate submission time so we can identify it. You may also enquire by phone or email.

Website operation and counts

The form uses a temporary session cookie to prevent duplicate submissions and cross-site requests. Daily totals count clicks on enquiry and telephone links without attaching messages or contact details. Short-lived hashed network identifiers help limit abuse. Hosting and Cloudflare may process necessary access logs.
